Hello all, hope you're doing well. So a while ago I played with my friends and one of them used [Cruel Entertainment]. He didn't win the game, but the chaos he caused with that was very entertaining. Which brings me to my question: i'd like to build a deck basically for shenanigans that messes with the other players. I don't particularly care about winning, I just want it to cause mayhem (stuff like switching players around like Cruel Entertainment does). Color wise, i'm thinking of mainly building in Grixis, but open to all colors. The problem is, I don't have a specific commander in mind at the moment. Ideally i'd want to build it so the deck seems serious/threatening but actually is just annoying. One of the cards I really like is [An Incident Has Occured] but unfortunately it's not legal. I mainly need help figuring out a good commander for this and should be able to go from there, but any advice would be appreciated. I'd also prefer if the cards recommended aren't over $1, I don't exactly have the funds to splurge on singles. Hopefully my post is clear enough.
