Help with my sea creatures theme deck

Hey everyone!
When I got back into magic about 10 years ago I built a sea creature themed deck and it’s been a mainstay with me ever since. It’s gone through a bunch iterations and changes over the years and now I’m looking for some some cards to add and upgrade, or maybe some things they don’t make sense. I’m also tossing around the idea of switching the commander to [[Runo Stromkirk]]
