Is Terminal Moraine an ok card?

Basically the title...
I've got a bunch of [[Terminal Moraine]]s from DMR draft packs. I know [[Evolving Wilds]] isn't expensive or anything, but is Terminal Moraine playable? (Keep in mind I try to keep my decks as cheap as possible, so things like [[Fabled Passage]] are beyond my budget.) Being able to tap for mana right away is in it's favor, but the activation cost on the fetch is a strike against.
I just genuinely don't know.
