The menu language in my game changed, how do I change it back?

I am playing the PS5 US version of EDF 6. My friend and I were playing all morning, and at some point, there was a notice that the game language had been changed, and I don’t know if he did it by accident or not. But now, I have no idea how to change it back. I did search the sub, and someone had suggested uninstalling, and reinstalling, but that did not work. There is no way I can play the game like this. What do I do?
