Hello fellow swappers, I am giving a second go with the Vosteed and a catch & release for a DROP/Ferrum Forge Dao. Sorry for the wall of text for the Dao, I had a lot of observations.

Vosteed Valkyrie - Push Button Manual 154CM Seax satin blade (wharncliffe) with light gray G-10 scales. 2nd owner, factory edge never disassembled. I was interested in Vosteed button lock knives while they were still hot. This is my second Valkyrie and have only test cut on paper and light carry. Factory edge, drop shut with a nice ting sound during action. Sorry about the different lanyard styles on it, there is no lanyard hole, but you could use microcord on the bottom barrel spacer. Flipper, front flip, thumb flick, Spydie flice, button flick. So many ways to deploy. Comes with metal box, taco, paperwork, patch, stickers - by far the most goodies from a retail knife (old timestamp for the goodies)

DROP/Ferrum Forge Dao - Custom anodize Ti Framelock S35VN Sheepfoot Satin blade with some light scratches on the blade and some snail trails on the clip side. 4th owner, looks like factory edge, 3rd owner was the one to anodize the Ti. Light blue show side, bronze clip side, purple-ish milled clip, two tone blue backspacer. Just for the Ti and S35VN this was a good deal to try out. Carried two days total, test cuts on cardboard and plastic wrap at work. It’s a beautiful knife that I wouldn’t be afraid to beat-up a bit (I didn’t). When I received it, I made sure to loctite 252 the screws and lube the pivot/bearings with Tuf-glide. The blade favors the show side a bit, for the life of me can’t get it centered, does not affect the deployment (I preferred Spydieflick). It’s not quite gravity drop shut, but flick shut is consistent once you feel the knife. Please let me know if theres any concerns, I looks for other issues, I’m just spoiled with drop shut action lol. I received this knife in a CRKT box, I use the same box.
