This is sketchy right?

From what I understand (never used it though), you can’t really get scammed on PayPal goods and services but I imagine they could take the money on their fake account and I’d just not have my $500 until I could confirm tickets were never sent (close to the fest) and it would be a process to do so. Name also showed as Christopher Lee on PayPal even though the email and what they said is opposite. Correct me if I’m wrong though, just feels weird.
