DAE have intense sugar and junk cravings??

I have been experiencing such INTENSE sugar and junk cravings. Just constantly want something greasy and want something sweet after meals. I have a restrictive type ED and am currently on my period.
Anyone else experience this? Is it the period or the restriction? What do you do to help? I am worried I am going to end up getting diabetes or something, my god
