This is my first post. I'm getting really frustrated. I'm 5ft 4in and about 62kg/136lbs, I desperately want to get down to at least 120lbs but I'm really struggling.
I can restrict easy during the day, I barely even think about food. Then I get home and start making the dinner with my husband and I just can't stop eating. My portion sizes are out of control, I can't even tell when I'm actually full anymore, unless I'm so stuffed I can barely move.
At this point it would be easier to just constantly restrict but I can't because my husband would freak out.
Why can't I just be satisfied with a smaller portion?
