Iām 5ā8 14, 85lbs.
Holidays. I donāt know if i should continue to recover. Sometimes i want to sometimes i donāt. I donāt know whatās happening to me. When i try to forget about calories i ended up b1nging then will take laxative drinks. I donāt also know if i should try to gain like 5kg this holiday or no. I donāt know how to maintain this weight.
Honestly a social media ādetoxā is so helpful. Just for like 1 month leave all social media like a retreat and just work on mental health. Thereās so much harmful content that makes it incredibly difficult to recover. Itās toxic, honestly. Or if not fully maybe limit to like 1 hour a day or something.
