Had 3 normal meals today, Had my normal dessert, Then had a protein bar and a bowl of cereal after dessert. That’s like 400 extra calories that I didn’t need to eat and just ate for some random reason. Why did I? I don’t even know. I was like “well I could have more food if I wanted to”. I tried to resist that thought but I gave myself 30 mins and was starting to get anxiety because the feeling/thought did not pass. So I ate it. But then eating it made me feel guilty. So instead of feeling anxious now I feel guilty. Wtf am I supposed to do
