how do i bounce back from a binge?

because of christmas and new years, ive done nothing but overeat 😠i mean ive been snacking on thousands of calories on chocolate a day, and from the 31st to the 2nd ive probably had 10k cals just in those 3 days ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
now im back home and ready to get back on track, but the feeling of needing to eat everything in sight is still there :( help!!! how do i get out of this binge cycle??
