My boyfriend lifts weights as a hobby and wanted to help me get in better shape (I have like 0 muscle mass and can’t lift anything) so he took me to Target and Meijer to get mats, jump ropes, all the stuff I need to get started. He found a fitness journal that you use to track your food and it was just too familiar to me.
I hope him cutting helps me lose weight but at the same time I don’t know how far down this rabbit hole we’re going again. I’ve never lost weight in a healthy way and every time I start something it automatically goes back to ED mode. When I put weight on my head goes back to proan* tumblr days.
