We’re sending this email to let you know that our LAURENTIAN POWER CENTER location in Ontario has re-opened to serve customers who have placed a pre-order for in store pickup, have placed an order online for in store pickup, or have contacted the store by telephone to reserve a product for pickup. To ensure the safety of both our customers and associates, we will not be accepting walk-in customers at this time.

For pre-orders placed in store or online:

If you have an outstanding pre-order, our store associates will be contacting you directly to confirm your pre-order is available for pickup. Please ensure you bring your receipt when visiting the store to pickup your order.

For Collect In Store reservations made online:

If you would like to reserve a product online for in store pickup, please visit EBGames.ca, select Collect In Store at checkout to make a pick-up request, and wait until receiving an email confirmation from the store indicating your order is ready for pick-up before visiting the store. Please ensure you bring your email order confirmation when visiting the store to pickup your order.

For Collect In Store reservations made by telephone:

If you would like to reserve a product for pick-up by telephone, please call 519-745-8695 and speak with an associate to confirm they have reserved the product you’d like to purchase before visiting the store. Please reference your name and telephone number when visiting the store to pickup your order.
