Why did they program the computer to take no penalties? I've played about 20 offline games and they have taken literally zero penalties. This is despite hitting me from behind into the boards regularly and spamming stick lift from behind which is a physical impossibility anyway. Plus it's an automatic hook animation and penalty if you do it. So my mind is pretty blown at how broken and unfair it is.

Second, why does it seem about 80% of people have stacked legend teams in HUT including Gretzky? I must be missing something because it seems it would take a long time to get Gretzky but the game is only two weeks old and most people seem to have him. Even new players. So I don't really understand that either.

Edit: I should mention the computer not taking penalties in HUT challenges and Draft Champions. Literally zero and I've played a lot. Perhaps they're programmed not to in HUT but it's not like that in other modes?
