Is UFC 4 worth picking up yet?

Picked it up at launch and thought it was a hot mess. After I'd finished career mode and played a couple matches online, I got a full refund. Its been nearly a year and I've seen lots of patches have been released and I can also now pick it up for a fraction of the cost.
Question is, is it worth it?

Was hoping they'd aligned it more to a sim, with more stamina penalties and realistic combos. I see they've doubled down on the arcade shit.
