I've just been disallowed a goal because a player from the opponent team got injured.

Title pretty much says it all: I am playing offline Season with my Pro Player, I score a banger and the camera starts "going up" (like when you score an offside goal). Next screen is on an injured player on the ground, goal disallowed, the other team gets a free kick. I didn't commit any foul and no advantage rule was given. Unfortunately I don't have a video. Has this ever happened to anybody else?
