Wtf - Freekick for a foul that was outside the box is given inside the box?

So this happened in my last FUT online game - Looks like the referee has finally lost the plot. As you can see in the video below - the freekick is given for a collision outside the box but the opposition player takes the freekick inside the box. Luckily I was able to clear it, imagine if this happened in the 90th min as a winning goal lol.
