Legends price estimation and chemistry?

With the legends coming out soon, I'm just curious what you guys think their prices will be? Obviously not cheap but I can't imagine them being priced so high that they'll be unattainable.
I'm especially looking forward to Figo and Hagi, my two favourites being released.
Which brings me to my second thought. Would the chemistry of these cards be specific to the players nation? I mean you look at a player like Hagi being Romanian and how crap the Romanian squad is in the game, it would be pointless to create a team that can't play well even though there's a legend mixed in.
