Casual reader and lurker here, apologies if this duplicates another thread. I searched and scrolled through a couple months of posts here and didn't find anything about this.

A few that come to mind:

-He always ate during the attacks, and I know it was theorized that he might have some sort of medical condition that required him to eat, either because of blood sugar or some other reason. Do we know if there is a particular reason JJD did this?

-He was described as having distinctly muscular leg muscles, and I know McNamara suspected he might be a track runner or other type of athlete. Generally what did JJD do to keep in such good shape? Even a man in above average shape would struggle to leap fences in a single bound and run for such extended periods of time, I feel.

-The links to the real estate market - was he going to open houses to case the floor plans? Did he know someone who was a realtor? Was he involved with real estate in some capacity as a cop (monitoring empty houses or something?) and took advantage?

-The alleged link to small regional airports. Did he have a pilot's license or know a pilot? Or is this a red herring and he was always getting away on bikes, on foot, or in cars?

-I think I recall that several victims of his earlier crimes described him as being almost freakishly pale and baby-faced. I know that JJD was considered on the older side of the suspect profile, and it does seem like he just looked younger than he was, but the paleness interests me. I remember reading an interview somewhere that this was considered unusual for California, where it would be difficult to remain that pale unless you weren't a local or were spending an unusual amount of time indoors. Did JJD stay inside a lot, or did he start the earlier crimes soon after moving to CA from NY?

-Have the timing of his crimes been mapped to the semester schedule at his school and his wife's school?

-There was an interesting section in IBGITD where McNamara crunched the data about the locations of his crimes to try to guess the radius where he most likely lived. Do we know if this ended up being accurate?
