I'm not claiming this is an accurate profile but I was curious about what such a profile would look like. Please add/correct if you notice anything else.

• Strict non-drug user
• Active USAF or USAF reserve (but wasn't an officer)
• Affiliated with LE in some way (or wanted to be)
• Never been in the army
• Lived in a house but not with his parents
• Normal looking face
• Not insane (not schizophrenic/delusional; fully aware of right/wrong and the consequences of his actions)
• Not remorseful
• Didn't have a lot of conventional sexual experience; at least not with many partners
• Parents have no idea what he's doing
• No issues with his mother
• Didn't have a speech impediment; normal voice
• Attacked in Citrus Heights (and possibly other locations) when on foot/bike
• He didn't know many/most of his victims (not even their name)
• He's never been to Bakersfield
• He's never been in therapy nor a mental institution
• Acted alone
• Never used a van
• Didn't fence anything he stole
