Advice on engine upgrades - 07 E90 320i Auto

Yo! So I want to upgrade my engine, but not performance wise, more for like durability etc like iv read about changing certain pipes to steel pipes or certain hoses to steel twisted hoses etc. I’m struggling to find any videos or info on this, and again, im not seeking performance I simply want to improve, upgrade and increase the quality and durability. It is a 2007 Automatic 320i N46 engine. Can anyone please tell me some affordable parts that can make a difference? And parts and components I can look at or should investigate to consider a possible upgrade? Please and thanks you?!
