Weird noise 328i

Any ideas what this is? My friends sounds 100x healthier and hasnt put a dime into anything except oil changes for the 20k miles hes had it, and I've had every n51 problem possible and fixed it, yet still have more issues than he does. We both bought our cars from the same person at 120k miles, we both sit at around 142k now. The sound seems like its coming from the front but I don't know, I just really don't get how mines been maintained but still sounds like shit😂
