Injector cleaning services?

The M3 just hit 250k and while I don’t have any symptoms I figured it’s probably long past due for an injector cleaning.
Does anyone have experience with some of the mail in injector cleaning services? Do they flow match them?
’m debating on doing that or getting an ultrasonic cleaner/making a harness to text and clean them.
