Regarding brakes upgrade from E30 316i to E46/36 m3

Lads need some advice on brakes upgrade.
Well I got a 316i ongoing m project which I’m interested in swapping from 100 pcd to 120pcd 5 lug setup with M3 brakes on.
Atm I got rear brake hubs on mine is there any way I can staring ahead go and upgrade for m3 brakes setup (from 100pcd 4 lug drum brakes to 120pcd 5 lug swap)
Besides what’s the process of upgrading the front hubs from 100 pcs 4 lug setup to 120pcd 5 lug m brakes,disks and rotors? Thanks !
