Sometimes, in lockdown, I feel like we're living in a bad dystopian movie. And yet, I still find watching these kind of films to be a guilty pleasure. I don't rate them much (they're all quite similar), but I will confess to having binged my way through the Maze Runner/Hunger Games/Divergent series.
Recently, following a recommendation from a friend, I watched What Happened to Monday? which is about overpopulation. Again, it was very watchable, but I know I can do better.
Does anyone have any recommendations for good dystopian films? I have Netflix and Amazon Prime Video and am looking for some suggestions of what to put on my watch list. :)
