Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly, but I think the idea with the Battlefield Analysis Base is that you put items in its internal storage, which then become available as repair material if your base takes battle damage. So I want to put some of each type of building in there, so that it can repair whatever's damaged. It has 60 slots, each with an individual filter, which seems ideal for this purpose.
But ... how do I get potentially 60 different kinds of items in there? It only has 9 sorter inputs, and doesn't seem to participate in logistics. Even with slot filters and stacked chests, it seems like you're still limited to 9 item types available to the Battlefield Analysis Base through automation. And of course there isn't a Factorio style circuit network, so I can't make a sender put different items on the belt based on what's needed.
Am I missing something about this? How is this meant to work?
