Any way to repair an Apollo 2 Rover?
Post Body

Hi all,

I haven’t used my dynavap for a long time since I picked up a desktop, but I was feeling like hitting the dynavap again, so I pulled out my Rover 2 which has been hanging out for almost a year.

Anywho, plugged it in to let it charge, and it doesn’t want to power on at all when unplugged. When I plug it in, it will turn on, the light will turn red when I pop in my vape, but it doesn’t heat.

Tried contacting support, no real luck, but they offered a discount code to buy another which was nice enough I suppose.

Before I jump to buy another (which I don’t really want to do), does anyone here have any suggestions to repair it? I’m not entirely sure what kind of tool I’d need to open the pin-headed screws and not super well versed in the electronics, but if it’s something obvious, or I can follow an IH guide, I’m sure I could get it working long as it isn’t totally fucked.

If anyone has any suggestions for what could help, or how I should go about it, I’d appreciate it!

Thanks!
