Dynasty start up with some buddies

So a few buddies and I decided to start up a dynasty league this season. None of them have played in a dynasty league and I have maybe three years in experience. I drafted in the 1.09 spot out of 12. What do you guys think of the roster? I have the 1.04 in a rookie draft, who should I target? Thinking of going with a QB and trading Murray, someone is already interested in him. Or going with odunze.
