First off, I just wanna say happy thanksgiving everyone. I hope you guys all enjoyed the day with your loved ones and that we all continue to be blessed to live life after a rough couple of years. To enjoy the tradition of watching football while feasting again was a breath of fresh air.

Now that that’s out of the way we are partially through Week 12. The trade deadline has passed for most leagues including my own, and we are around 3 weeks away from official Fantasy Playoffs SZN.

With everyone’s final rosters essentially locked in for the rest of this season, I ask you to look back at your offseason and find one move you made that qualifies as the best move that took your team to the next level as a contender or aided you in your rebuild and one move that did the opposite that you wish you could do differently if given the chance. It can be trades, someone you drafted, free agents whatever. Best move of the offseason and worst move of the offseason go.

For me, my best move this past offseason was trading for Kyler Murray. Yes I know he’s hurt right now but as a contending team to be able to get Kyler to pair with Herbert as my young QB core for years to come has taken my team from playoff team to being a favorite to win the title.

My worst move would be the Russell Wilson trade. Getting Kyler Murray allowed me to trade Russ as he was aging. I eventually settled on a offer of Russ for Julio, Conner, and a future 4th. I ended up trading Conner for 2.03 which became Sermon ( who I would use in a a package to get Kamara) while Julio has stayed on my team to this point. I thought Julio would come back healthy in Tennessee and come out guns swinging but now his value is close to nil. Thanks to other moves that I did it hasn’t affected me too much as I am 9-2 in the league.
