New to Dynasty and seeking advice

A friend is starting a Dynasty league. Everything is fresh. From what I understand it will be standard flex with PPR. Seeking any advice on how to draft for this. I assume having a good mix of veteran players with younger players would be idea. Especially since you need to consider the future. Should I approach it with that in mind, or draft how I would a regular seasonal draft? Any good sources I can read or look at to help me create a draft board?
