Hiya
I am at a juncture in my career where after taking a break from development for a little while am going to soon rejoin the industry. I have two paths possible: Get into the market as Dynamics 365 developer which i have around 3 years experience in but I can also easily pivot back to my old expertise which was C# Asp.net developer where I have more than 6 years experience. The thing that worries me is that when I left the industry, Dynamics was in very good position at least in UK. Jobs paid well and finding a good developer was very difficult even in a place like London. However I am hearing mixed news now especially since licensing costs for D365 have gone up. I also see very few jobs posted for a Dynamics CRM developer compared to what I used to see just 2 years ago. Is it all doom and gloom for D365 developer these days and is it a sinking ship in comparison to Salesforce? Thank you!
