Automatically setup new activities based on date fields in entity

Hi r/Dynamics365!

Does anyone have a clue as to how I might setup a calendar appointment based on a few date fields in an Opportunity, when the Opportunity is set to won?

The Scenario:

- I have two custom date fields on my Opportunity Entity

- When the opportunity is Won, I want to setup a calendar appointment with the Opportunity Contact and Sales Rep on the Opportunity for a date in the middle of the two custom date fields

I would assume I am looking to setup a Workflow for this, but am not 100% sure.

Should I be looking to do this in Microsoft Flow instead? Should it be a different type of automation within Dynamics 365 (not workflow)?
