Sorry for the post in English, my Dutch is not good enough to talk about finances.
I used to have only EMIM and IWDA but recently switched to VWRL only (kernselectie and all). However, I didn't pay attention to the fact that this is a dividend distributing fund, and that with the 30% ruling I'm exempt from filling out box 3, so apparently I wouldn't be able to claim back the dividend withholding tax.
Is this all true? Should I get rid of VWRL and switch to VWCE? Is there any way to know how much tax was withheld (I assume directly by my broker, DEGIRO)?
