Seeking advice

Please bear with me, as this is quite a long ask and explanation.
For the last 4 years or so, I have been feeling more and more inclined to expose my marriage to swinging.
Strangely enough not for myself, but to see the ecstasy on my wife's face.
Work has cause some intermittent "glitches" for me and I have it in my mind that I'm the problem......
Am I losing my mind, or is this acceptable thought process?
