LML no heat.

So the temp gauge is reading normal, but I have no heat in the cab. I just bought the truck so I don’t know if this has been a problem or is a new problem. What should I look for first? Actuator? Thermostats? Inside the cab thermostat?
Edit : Truck is a 2011 LT with driver and passenger heat controls
