2015 duramax lml I cleared codes after replacing nox sensor 1 and service exhaust system popped up reduced speed any idea

Replaced nox sensor 1 because it was throwing the code so I replaced it and erased codes now it’s says service exhaust system I topped off the def fluid and it still says it def fluid was reading ok before I erased codes no check engine light on either
