German Heritage? 35y M - it has begun.

Iām mostly northern German, most of my family still lives there but Iām in the US. My great grandfather was missing a few fingers on each hand from dupuytren, grandmother has scars, mom had depot and surgery, and now I have excess growth on my palm btw pinky and ring finger.
What do I ask my doctor? I have civilian and VA healthcare.
