im 20 years old trying to dunk. When i was younger i used to always try to touch rim off one and got there but never really dedicated myself after touching rim. As of recently i tried to dunk and it took me about 6 months to grab rim off two feet while practicing jumping off two feet while strength traiing, this was about 1 year ago. I later got some achilles issues and have just fully recovered now and want to dunk again. Should i jump off one? It feels more natural for sure even though i have practiced much more off two in the past year and a halve after hearing that i should be practicing off two. Im 5'11ish-6 ft 145lbs.
