The Dunkin near my house has gone downhill super fast. A few months ago, I pull up to the drive thru, and a few of the workers are just sitting in the shed by the drive thru smoking weed, leaving their one poor coworker to do everything by herself (took about 5 minutes to get my food, lady apologized but I told her it wasn't her fault). This morning, I placed a mobile order for walk in pickup. Get to dunkin, go up to the door and it's locked. I then get back in my car and go wait in the drive thru with everyone else. When I finally get up to the speaker, I say I have a pickup for, and they tell me they can't do hot food or cold drinks. I'm like, okay, can I get a refund? Lady tells me to pull up to the shed, and they immediately bring my hot food out! I'm like, WTF, why bother lying to customers? Especially considering my order was ready at 8:08 according to the sticker on the bag, and I didn't get up to the speaker until ten minutes later! The place is asl disgusting. Corporate either needs to force a change in ownership or shut the place down. I'm not going back to that poorly run Dunkin every again
