I'd like to create NPC called F.A.B.I.A.N.T

So I'm dm'ing a group from my studentclub/fraternity which is called fabiant. I'd like to make a NPC with along name that shortens to this acronym. Something in the line of fabulous artificial bot in ant technology. Or something like that. I plan on them meeting the NPC in a floating city full of magic I,wizards and sorcerers. No idea if it should be a bot or not. But I need ideas on what NPC I could make that fits in that city and what its purpose would be.
