I want to create an undying, immortal assassin. My idea is to play a Wood Elf, take 3 levels of Fighter (Battle Master) for Action Surge and Maneuvers. The rest of the levels would be WotLD Monk for his awesome abilities. I've nailed down two of the Maneuvers I want; Goading Attack because he's arrogant and cocky, Riposte for some extra damage, and I'm still trying to decide what the third Maneuver should be. Any suggestions? Other Multiclass options to maximize the potential of never dying? Let me know what you think.
