Fairly new - As a bard, is there any way to make Bardic Inspiration do the opposite?

Had a potentially fun idea for a bard, and I wonder if its possible or it has been done before.
Essentially, I want Bardic Inspiration to do the opposite. A negging heckle. Heckle the crap out of the target, and whatever comes on the d6 is used as a disadvatage at my choice of time. I know the rules of Bardic Inspiration dont allow that, but could my DM ok such a thing?
Is this possible to do without being at the mercy of my DM allowing it, or is it more or less up to them?
