where can I find planar effects for the Far Realm and Shadow Fel?

So with Vanrakdoom and Shadowdusk Hold I was thinking of doing planar effects from characters being in the shadow fell or around Far realm influenced places for too long.
Are there any examples written anywhere of the possible effects that might happen to a person? I know there are creatures in the adventure that are right at home or have been warped by the plane itself. I just want to know if there is a table of mutations or things that might happen. Thoughts?
