How do we all feel about multi classing?

So at one point I thought it was cool. I usually stick with one class but saw some cool combos. Now though my players are becoming like 3-4 classes trying to tell me they can stack all the abilities. Takes a lot of research and effort to verify and often times I have to tell them no.
