So I just finished watching the entirety of The Office for the second time. First time I guess I didn’t notice but this time around, I realized what a minor role Michael played in the finale. I guess it was expected since he’d stopped being part of the show for a while by the time the sitcom came to an end. But it was also disappointing to see him show up at Dwight’s wedding, hardly say a word, and then vanish.

Do you know why it was like that? I mean, did Carrell not feel comfortable joining the gang at the after party in the office? Was he upset at the producers? What the hell was it? He was such a huge part of the show and, I don’t know, to see him play such a minuscule role in the finale was just disappointing.

Still, one of the greatest sitcoms in American history.
