Do you dive where there are cameras or overnight workers? Thinking about checking out Kost--Ko.

I have never DD'd but I really really want to. The two things that are holding me back are being awake late at night and fear of someone confronting me if they see me.
I doubt I would be able to, but I would love to see what they throw out at Kost--Ko. There's one about 3 minutes from my house with no other businesses around (newly built). I can imagine they have overnight workers so it's probably a pipe dream.
