You find a mystery can that is unlabeled in a dumpster..... what do you hope it is?

I have found three mystery cans so far. Two were cans of tomato sauce/paste. Very disappointing. I have yet to open the third one.
Edit: The third one was pear slices! I lucked out!

Yep. That's where I got them. The last can I put on the ground in front of the dumpster ( I forgot to take it) and went back the next night (to look for other stuff... I assumed someone would either take it or throw it back in the dumpster), but it was still there and I know they threw out more trash since I was there. They (employees) seem to be cool about dumpster divers. The same thing kind of happened before.
I arrived to DD and there were several items (can of coffee, bad of sugar or flour, a few bananas and a metal table leaning against the front of the dumpster). The table had some tomato sauce on it and I assume it had been in the dumpster and a dumpster diver had pulled it out and either left it for someone else or was going to come back for it and could not or forgot about it.
Anyway I took the table and left the other stuff. It was there the next day still.
