What strategy do you use to get xp fast?

I usually get all autoduels done and then try to beat gate legendaries at lvl10 untill I get bore.
Geta me one or two levels a day but I am sure it could be faster.
I am asking because I saw a guide online who advise you can get a character go level 30 in like an hour which to me seems bolocks.
Am I missing something?
