Can someone explain to me specifically why everyone has decided that Cyber Dragon (the actual card) is so overpowered it would destroy Duel Links?

We had Cyber Angels at full power, and then a slightly nerfed version for months and months. We have Bamboo Burn FTK's that they are "looking at maybe" fixing. Old meta decks that aren't really that great like Red Eyes and Sacred Phoenix all summoned more powerful monsters (In the case of Phoenix it even has a real effect too) within the first two turns. We've had 3SD since the launch of the game. We've had Ninjas who drop more powerful monsters than Cyber Dragon with incredibly strong effects within a turn or 2. How, in comparison to everything Duel Links has up to this point, will a single copy of Cyber Dragon somehow devastate game balance?
