I am humbly asking for advise. I need to gather 3000 AED at the end of next month, therefore I am wondering if anyone knows of anywhere I might be able to receive a loan?

Or whether you perhaps know of any banks where it is possible for me to open a credit card account even though my salary is less than 5K AED?

I am currently earning a base of 2.5K AED, and then in the middle of each month I receive another 400-600 AED tips. Therefore I would comfortably be able to pay this loan of 3K AED back easily within the first two months of borrowing the money.
